- Preferably have a phlebotomy training certificate

- Proficient in operating MS Office
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Effective communication skills
- Possess a service-oriented attitude
- Have good manners and behavior, patience, and friendliness
- Honest, initiative, quick, and responsible
