Job Description
Set up a new Medical Centre, prepare related documents and work directly with government departments for the registration process.
Manage, operate, and be responsible for all operational activities of the Centre.
Coordinate with Line Managers to build up marketing plans, direct strategy and develop the Centre.
Participate in business plans and coordinate with relevant departments in implementing promotion, advertising, and customer care programs to achieve revenue targets.
Directly manage the flow of patients, propose resources to ensure maximum capacity to serve business as well as ensure smooth operations.
Develop the humans resource plans, build up teams, manage and allocate them to be suitable for the plans and stage of the Centre.
Supervise employees at the Medical Centre, ensure efficiency in achieving business goals, improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Build and directly manage relationships with Customers and Doctors in medical industry.
Organize to collect, analysis, and understand customer taste & predict service development, propose to expand the Medical Centre' s services.
Prepare reports on business performance and the Clinic's targets as requested by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Finances/ Nursing or related field.
Experience at least 5 years in healthcare with the same role and related positions.
Good network in medical industry.
Overseas work experience or overseas university education is a plus.
Good command of English language skills both oral and written.
