**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target corporate clients and clinics for potential partnerships with our hospital chain.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of corporate clients and clinics in relation to healthcare services.
- Present our comprehensive package services to corporate decision-makers and clinic administrators, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including service offerings, pricing, and contractual terms, in collaboration with the hospital chain's management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and clinics, serving as the main point of contact for their healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized proposals and promotional materials for corporate clients and clinics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to corporate healthcare partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, sales performance, and market trends to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in all partnership activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate healthcare partnerships and clinic operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with corporate decision-makers and clinic administrators.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
