**About The Role**
The role of a Medical Representative is instrumental in promoting and selling Tentang Anaks products to healthcare professionals (hospitals and doctors). This position involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring product knowledge, and implementing strategies to drive sales within a designated territory.
- Promote and sell Tentang Anaks products (Expert Care) to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory
- Building good relationships and effective communication towards healthcare facilities and health providers
- Organizing and coordinating appointments meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals by doing the demonstration or representing products to healthcare staff including specialists and general doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. Generate reports detailing sales activities and market trends
- Staying updated on new medical advancements to see how they might impact the company's business plans
**Requirements**:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration can be advantageous.
- Previous experience in the related field for 1+ years is beneficial, especially in medical sales.
- Having a wide network within the healthcare community or relevant industry connections.
- Having a strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills is a must!
