Medical Representative - Jakarta
PURPOSE
Achieve individual sales targets by correctly determining customers profiles, maintaining relationships with customers, overcoming problems that arise related to customers and running marketing programs for
business continuity.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Convincing consumers personally and collectively to the benefits of Bayer products. With an understanding of the benefits of the product, the customer is expected to use Bayer products as an MR effort to achieve sales targets in his area. MR must run a product promotion program, have knowledge of the area and foster a close relationship with its customers both HCP, Hospitals, distributors and other clients through effective routine visits. All activities carried out must refer to the rules and SOPs that apply.
Communicate relevant information such as sales plans and their achievements to DSM in weekly meetings, update product stock availability both at distributors and at the outlet level, inform market / competitor activities or developments that affect Bayer products and provide updates on promotional activities carried out.
Running marketing activities from the preparation stage to the implementation stage and reporting, such as GD (Group Discussion), RTD (Round Table Discussion) and also helping marketing in other scientific activities.
Develop self-competence with the aim of achieving its sales targets. Increase selling skills and increase product knowledge by carrying out activities such as weekly role play selling skills, and also evaluate input into OJC (On the Job Coaching) activities conducted together with DSM or RSM.
Submitting periodic operational reports to superiors or other relevant departments to analyze sales, report call visits and conduct marketing activities such as GD and RTD.
Providing correct information about the activities of competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Open to bachelor's degree holders (preferably graduates of medical / health sciences courses)
Experience as Medical Representative from a reputable pharmaceutical comapny is preferred.
Results driven. Has a steady track record of hitting sales performance targets
Customer focused. Sensitive to the needs of the patients and healthcare professionals.
