**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Proactively seek updates of medical and scientific knowledge and healthcare environment, proactively drive actionable insights and shape patient care.
- Develop and strengthen a contact network with key opinion leaders or leading specialists and communicate actively and reactively medical scientific.
- Gain valuable insight through scientific interactions into treatment patterns, and scientific activities that aligned with commercial team and shape company medical affairs plan/business decision-making.
- Foster innovative therapeutic approaches to benefit patients through scientific interactions with leading specialists.
- Lead the implementation and project management of wide range of medical activities in the respective therapeutic area (including medical education, advisory board meetings, etc.)
- Proactively shape scientific support to company cross-functional colleagues such as training and scientific communication with leading specialists
- Required to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (Physicians, Board Members of Scientific Societies, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, and other relevant stakeholders) and related cross functional team (LMS, Regulatory Affairs, AA etc).
**Professional competencies**:
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Health Economic.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the relevant sector/ industry (medical affairs role in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is preferred)
- Strong scientific acumen and communication skills.
- Experience with complex business environments or multiple therapeutic areas responsibility is preferred
