Medical Service Manager

Develop and implement strategies to deliver high standard of medical services across all outlets.

Monitor medical service quality on an ongoing basis.

Continuously upgrade standard of medical services through improvement of existing standards and new product innovation.

Responsible for building and developing competent medical team through recruitment and learning and development.

Support implementation and ensure compliance of medical service standards at outlet level.

Ensure all operations comply with latest regulatory and legal requirements.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (S1 Profesi Kedokteran)

Minimum 2 years of Experience in Aesthetics Clinic / Hospital Management

Minimum 2 years of Experience in Aesthetics

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of doctors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
