Mep Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the progress, safety and quality of MEP works in the apartments;
2. Responsible for the making progress report and payment form for all MEP subcontractor;
3. Responsible for checking all the MEP shop drawing, approval material and method of works;
4. Responsible for reporting and approval for all the works to project manager or superior staff

**Requirements**:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in MEP engineer

2.Have experience 5-10 years of or in the related field is required for this position, preferably in high rise building experience, or fresh graduate with study experience in China.

3.Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English, Mandarin will be prioritized

4.Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver.
