Mep Engineer Specialist

About The RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings.
Job Responsibilities Develop detailed MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering Min 3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of sustainable design principles
