**Things you will do**- In charge of overseeing all MEP and IoT QC work.- Ensure the electrical/mechanical/plumbing/IoT work carried out is as per the approved shop drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.- Ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of all the electrical/mechanical equipment, fittings, and work implemented meets the specification and the consultant's requirements.- Verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance with the specification, consultant's design, and existing local authority standards.- Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.**You'll fit in this job if you**- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control-related field.- Ability to use MEP & IoT measuring devices and instruments.- Ability to read and understand DED, Wiring Diagram, IoT & shop drawing.- Understanding of welding process, good in documentation and reporting skills.- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices.- Humility, zero egos, and excellent collaborative spirit.
