Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities:- Forecast & analyze by sales trend to place an order based on approved budget.- Prepare product allocation for stores.- Propose monthly promotion idea at partner stores.- Communicate with Brand Principal and ensure that all directions & guidance are implemented correctly.- Involve in New store opening by getting principal approval on layout, providing needed marketing accessories, provide staff uniform & merchandise allocation.- Ensuring stocks are available; all articles, picture and information are in the web; highlight products to be campaign.- Do Store Visit to check display standard, price & discount alignment, customer & competitor survey, sales & stock.- Support Wholesale Tradeshow by providing related articles, sample, attending the tradeshow & interact with customers.- Follow up defect item from customer to be reimburse to principal.- Create and submit necessary reports.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.- Having 2 years experience or equivalent in merchandising moms and baby or toys product- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP.- Good analytical thinking and good communication skills.- Understand about OTB and prepare budgeting for merchandising.- Have strong analysis, communication and highly initiative.- Good in English (Both oral and written), Chinese is a poin plus- Work placement in PIK 2**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Merchandising: 2 years (preferred)- Store Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)
