Job Description:- Developing and executing various media strategies (online social media, community, and offline event) to keep merchants engaged and satisfied- Understanding merchant needs and key factors to achieve business objectives- Analyzing data and information, creating and implementing strategies, and presenting the results to internal stakeholders- Performing other tasks as required by the team to improve overall business performance- Collaborating with the team as part of Jabo Merchant Operations TeamRequirement:- Minimum education: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university- Minimum 1 year of experience in community and/or social media (Fresh Graduate with internship experience are welcome)- Excellent leadership and communication skills to internal & external stakeholders- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and GSuite, especially shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables- Able to follow timeline and guidelines- Good at analytical thinking, problem solving and presentation skills- Adaptable to fast-paced environments**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Up to Rp5,500,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Social media/community manager: 1 year (preferred)
