Merchant Engagement Support

Job Description:

- Handle A group that consists of top 100-200 merchant
- Problem solve any issue reported by those merchant in WA group
- Forward any comms / information / education about product feature, campaign, event in the WA group

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree from any education background
- Passionate and highly motivated person
- Ability on time management and handling multiple tasks
- Familiar with GForm and GDrive. Understand Excel or Google Spreadsheet would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp4,525,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service/admin merchant: 1 year (preferred)
