Merchant Field Operation Coordinator

Job Scope:
1. Maintain Merchant Partner/Operation (restaurant)

2. Phone Call Merchants

3. Makesure Content is accurate

4. Growth Supervise For Merchant

5. Maintain team field Officer to gather their target

6. making report in MS.office daily, weekly Quartal report

7. Supervise Team with metode CheckPoint daily & Weekly

Experience / Criteria:
1. S1 (Bachelor Graduated) / Fresh Graduated with active in organization.

2. Experience in leading organization/community

3. Willing to work under pressure with Target Daily, Weekly, and Monthly

4. Accustomed to use MS Office (Excel, Powertpoint, Word), able to create proper & creative Report

5. Able to communicate in English (written & speaking)

6. Understand the area covered

7. Responsive & good communication attitude

8. Willing to work both office & field to visit merchants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rp300,000,000 - Rp325,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Leading Team / Leading Organization: 1 year (required)
- Formula Excel & Powerpoint: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Good Communication in Bahasa Indonesia (required)

License/Certification:

- SIM C (preferred)
- TOEFL (or similar) (preferred)

**Location**:

- Semarang (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
