Merchant Management - Engagement Support Coordinator

* Responsible for creating plans and monitoring the implementation of those plans
- Responsible for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty and retention
- Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate and increase partner LTV

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Other systems & tools to help with implementation and tracking
- Experience in strategy and consulting
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about social missions and making a positive impact in emerging markets
