Merger & Acquisition

Requirement:

- Minimum S1 Any major (management/accounting major preferred
- Min 2 years experience in M&A (minimum senior supervisor level).
Preferably have experience in financing company and/or have been involved in business planning
- Honest, has good analytical and communication skills, discipline, has a good lordship and team spirit.
Key responsibility area:

- Researching market conditions and developments, evaluating organizational opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Oversee M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closure, and integration
- Negotiate, seek, finalize, and manage account purchase agreements for companies as well as acquire other companies and merge them into your company
- Develop the right financial way to estimate cash flow and profit potential
- Devising an M&A strategy, identifying sectors and companies that may be viable business targets
- Analyze, assess, and communicate to the Board high-level business impacts and risks.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with our target companies and related networks.
