To strengthen our growing business in Jakarta, we are looking for talent to join as a **Mettl - Senior Sales**

We are looking for a partner who can demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets and account retention in a consultative sales environment, ideally with experience in HR technology solution selling

**We will count on you to**:

- Business development in assigned territory within targeted list of accounts. Creating an active pipeline of prospects and continued development of existing clients.
- Manage Key Customer Accounts, with familiarity in CRM practices to build productive business professional relationships along with openness to feedback.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, Analyze the territory market's potential, track sales and status reports.

**What you need to have**:

- 4 years college degree from an accredited institution
- minimum 6 years of sales experience in a business-to-business in the large/strategic customer segment
- Strong analytical skills/problem solving skills
- Excellent written/ verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work in fast changing environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
