- Strategize content roadmap and learning pathway in specific categories, will need to initiate surveys and interviews to gather insights.
- Create Content Requirement Document (CRD) as a brief to be delegated to Content Development team, containing course materials created by Content Development team and check if the course created match with initial brief.
- Find and curate the most suitable SME to deliver the content.
- Maintain and improve the quality of content production by quality checking all course material to ensure the best delivery, easy-to-digest, and engaging content to the end-users.
- Manage project timeline efficiently including setting priorities based on effort and impact.
- Supervise end-to-end production process and collaborate with other functions to achieve production monthly target.
- Provide ideas on product improvement related to learning journeys.
qualifications
- Min. bachelor degree from reputable University.
- Excellent in managing projects efficiently.
- Have min 1 years of working in training field or education industry
- Have advanced research skill
- General knowledge on sub-category level
- Experience in education industries and having knowledge in eLearning and instructional design is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and acumen to grammatical errors.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking.
- Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
