qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Design, Film, Media, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum 2 years professional experience as Creative, Producer Assistance, or Creative
- Director at a broadcasting/ television company, an advertising agency, or branded content production company
- Have good writing skills & high attention to detail regarding Indonesian PUEBI
- Have basic knowledge of shooting technique
- Demonstrated history of high-quality, high-impact video content creation or design showreel
- Having a moderate to a deep understanding of established and emerging trends in content consumption and audience habits, having a passion in education is a plus
- Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines
