Mobile Promotor - Makassar

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Promotor to maintain existing partners in deployed building.
You will assume responsibility to acquire local traditional partners in deployed building also direct selling Qomplete Flex.
Effective Area Representatives are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance.
They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders.
The goal is to ensure our products will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a store promoter and brand ambassador, representing Qoala within designated retail partner stores.
- Co-sell with Store Staff Qoala Gadget Protection : Qomplete, Qompact, Flex Products
- Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback to the store manager and Qoala leadership.
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a store promoter, sales associate, or customer service representative in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits.
- Ability to work collaboratively with retail partner staff and build positive relationships.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per retail partner store hours.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
