Mobile Sales (Remote)

amalan's and CekAja's goal is to provide consumers with the best financial solutions for all types of situations, from standard products like unsecured loans, insurance, credit cards and mortgages to custom tailored restructuring and refinancing solutions.
We are looking for a Mobile Sales in our Operations Team.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager.
- Understand customer needs and advice on the best product to meet their needs.
- Follow SOP throughout the process to ensure quality and accurate reporting.
- Always keep updating product knowledge in order to offer the right product to the right person at the right time.
- Cross-sell complementary products that improve the solution for the client.
- Achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely (fully or partially remote) and achieve targets with minimum oversight
- Ability and willingness to learn and understand financial products and how they will affect the clients.
- Ability to attend video calls and learn through online training provided by the company.
- Eagerness to provide outstanding customer experience and to exceed the sales target.
