**Moderation Trainer Description**- Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams;- Evaluate target difficulties and prepare proper training plans for team members.- Conduct training programs and teaching plans based on agreement with the client to fulfil the client needs and adjustments;- Develop or oversee the moderation of instructional materials, KPIs and manuals;- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results;- Conduct the training using appropriate training methods and programs, as well as proper measurement;Adapt and improve current training methods to improve training results; Evaluate training results based on the collected data.- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behaviour.- Evaluate and audit team quality included in external reports;- Check and validate any findings and implement appropriate corrective action;- Maintain standards for data reliability and performance quality for the product;- Maintain good communication with development teams to improve the quality system.**Requirements**:- 1 year experience in any similar role of the same capacity stated in the JD.- Excellent communications skills, speaking, reading and writing in English and Bahasa.- Have good organisational skills.- Have experience leading a team.- Have capability to identify and define skill gaps.- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.- Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Products (Mail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive).- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Have experience in team training and development.- Willing to work on public holidays and shifting schedules including night shiftsJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulanPengalaman:- Trainer: 1 tahun (Diwajibkan)
