Responsible for Modern Trade's PO process and tracking.

Create, collect, and update records and databases about related documents.

Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of total experience in a related field in the beauty or personal care industry.

Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced Google Suites/Excel skills.

An understanding of sales principles and modern trade practices.

Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
