Mortgage Consultant Supervisor

**About the role**

As a Mortgage Consultant Supervisor you will be in charge of giving directions to Mortgage Consultant to make sure our customers are served with the best process and program.

**What You Will Do**
- You will be in charged in training, writing & conduct performance review of each Mortgage Consultant
- Assisting Mortgage Consultant ( if there is any help needed), monitoring on a day to day basis, ensuring targets are achieved.

**What You Will Need**
- 3 + years or working experience in leading telemarketer
- A balance between high-level strategy (headquarter-alike roles) and hands-on experience (tangible, owned results).
- Strong leadership in managing field
- and back-office team members.
- Having first-hand experiences in mortgage business would be a plus.
