Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our client, a leading retail company in the apparel industry. In this role, you will create compelling digital advertising content that drives engagement and conversions across various platforms. Responsibilities Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital advertising campaigns Design and develop dynamic social media content, including Instagram/Facebook stories, reels, and paid ad creative Create responsive digital ad designs for various platforms (Google Display Network, Social Media, Web) Produce eye-catching banner ads and rich media content in multiple formats and sizes Develop storyboards and animate brand elements for video content Ensure consistent brand identity across all animated and static digital advertising materials Optimize designs for different digital platforms while maintaining quality and load times Collaborate with the marketing team to meet campaign objectives and deadlines Track and analyze creative performance metrics to improve future designs Responsibilities Conceptualize, designed, and develop various forms of visual content, including social media graphics, packaging designs, website layouts, and promotional materials. Creating high-quality graphics under the guidance & ensure graphics are unique and align with the values & mission of the company. Completing projects within given timelines (1-2 weeks) & keep founders updated on project progress. Collaborate with founders to develop creative solutions and meet project timelines. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies. Ensure all designs are consistent across all media channels and represent the brand's values and messaging. Apply feedback accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field At least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign A creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Relevant industry background would be a plus The ideal candidate will have strong communication skill, self-driven, supportive, open & communicative Competitive salary Work From Home Flexible Hours International Brand Exposure
