**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a new member to join our Managed Service Planning and Design team!
You will play a key role and be responsible for the financial; operational performance and delivery management of the assignment within a MS deal.
You will also be responsible to handle the applicable Working Level Agreements (WLA) and Operating Level Agreements (OLA) with delivery organizations.
Own the delivery, securing an efficient customer network, broadcast environment and IS/IT infrastructure lifecycle management.
And you will drive an efficient end to end solution design, according to contractual requirements and Ericsson strategy!
**You will**:
- Handle operational function for end-to-end planning, design, engineering and optimization activities on the live network, broadcast and IS/IT infrastructure, handle and monitor delivery performance by establishing a WLA within Managed Services team
Operate capacity availability, security and business continuity activities based on customer requirements
- Coordinate the interface between planning and engineering business units and customers retained organization
- Analyze customer requirements to ensure the solution reflects contractual requirements
- Identify and support add-on and pre-sales opportunities and technical solutions for our Key Account Managers
- Coordinate and conduct the "live' network, broadcast and IS/IT medium and long term infrastructure evolution plan
- Support customer on strategic decisions around infrastructure evolution while detailing decisions to increase customer insight
- Drive innovation initiatives and new or enhanced services around network and infrastructure
- Identify and handle 3rd level customer suppliers based on WLA
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Education: Bachelor degree in engineering
- Min years of experience: 7 years in the same field preferably within Manage service business
- Have a certification of CCIE and CCNP will be an advantage
- Delivery and requirement management
- Network Broadcast and IS/IT life cycle management
