- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating the museum's non-profit goals and educational significance.
- Manage and inspire teams of museum and hospitality professionals, providing leadership and guidance across all aspects of museum operations for the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance visitors' understanding of Balinese culture. Oversee the planning and execution of educational initiatives, including exhibitions and programs.
- Forge partnerships with universities, cultural institutions, communities, curators, researchers, and other stakeholders to enrich the museum's collection and interpretation. Act as the museum's PR spokesperson to diverse audiences.
- Oversee the museum's budget, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.
