- Innovate and curate a diverse music program and entertainment lineup for After Rock Nightclub.
- Collaborate with DJs, artists, and performers to schedule captivating performances and events, crafting an exceptional entertainment schedule.
- Work closely with the marketing team to devise promotional event strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting a diverse audience.
- Define the genre, style, and overall direction of the musical program, ensuring alignment with the nightclub's brand and target audience.
- Manage the music budget, handling contracts, negotiations, and payments for artists and performers.
- Oversee the seamless execution of events and collaborate with sound and lighting technicians to ensure high-quality audio and visual experiences.
- Maintain the sound system and equipment to create the right atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and emerging music genres to develop a cutting-edge and innovative music program, enhancing the guest experience.
- Foster relationships with local artists, agents, and music industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, copyright, and legal requirements related to music and entertainment.
- Address any music-related customer inquiries or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Possesses a hospitable appearance, characterized by honesty, initiative, and an open-minded approach.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for various music genres and staying current with the latest trends.
- Familiarity with nightlife industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Strong network and connections within the music industry, including DJs, performers, and talent agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with artists and performers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to oversee multiple events and performers.
- Analytical capability to assess audience preferences and create a diverse and engaging musical program.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Well-versed in project management with a result-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the nightlife industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Arts, Entertainment, or other relevant fields. A Master's Degree is desirable.
