Work with multiple composers and writers Researching artists or composers online or participating in music conferences to network with the Securing and managing a song-writing catalogues Monitor where musical compositions are used, report and collect royalties and distribute them to songwriters and composers. Promoting songs from the song catalogues Negotiating publishing contracts Liaising with other music industry specialists Requirements:
Have experience with a proven track record in a music-publishing or music-related role An emerging network of music labels, artists/musicians, and composers Passionate about music industry Must have a deep understanding and experience with music publishing including domestic and international music copyright, registration, release, royalty tracking and reporting. Fluent in Indonesian and English both spoken and written.
