Execute Trade Marketing & SalesForce Strategy Plan (distributor/dealers, retailers-GT & MT channel concept, selling in & selling out, wholesales) of a national project.- Lead and oversee a short and long-term project of Trade Marketing & SalesForce, promotional material as briefed by Sales Manager (Sales Division/Department), ensuring all works execution and update report delivered on time.- Maintain all KPI Principle guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the national team (including manpower matter, reporting, deployment execution, performance appraisal).- Support and Coordination with internal and external PIC in area/branch to ensure the project and operational activities are completed to specifications and deadlines in order to achieve the project KPI Principle guideline.- General administration duties as well as any other special projects that may arise.- Other special projects (e.g. Partner Events/Activation)- Maintain & keep team must comply all business process, ethics and regulation- Business strategic & team development nationally**REQUIREMENTS**:- Male/Female max 38 years old- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any background education- Min. 3 years experience in the same field- Expertise in Trade Marketing (General Trade & Modern Trade), Brand Marketing & FMCG.- Experience in handling national team, min 500 people- Strong leadership, people skills, and ability to work as part of a team- Excellent project management & project execution- Ability to Multitask to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency- Attention to detail and accuracy- Self-motivated and a can-do attitude- English proficiency skill is a mustJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
