**JOB SUMMARY**
Delegation NDT Level
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interpret codes, standard and other contractual documents that control the NDT method(s) as utilized by the company.
- Prepare and verify the adequacy of procedures in the method certified.
- Select the method and technique for a specific inspection. Identify and perform implementation of customer NDT requirements. Designate particular NDT methods, techniques, and procedures to be used and evaluate the results derived there from.
- Approve NDT procedures and other NDT- related work instructions for technical adequacy in the method which they certified. Assure proper sequence for NDT operations is achieved as specified by the appropriate standard and/or drawing. Assure that the facility is properly performing the NDT processes for which an NDT quality certificate has been issued.
- Provide or direct training, examination, and certification of personnel in the method in which they are certified. As the examiner, Level III shall be responsible for the control, administration, and grading of examinations which qualify / certify Level I and 2 personnel.
- Schedule all NDT operations (including personnel) within the relevant manufacturing routes.
- Conduct NDT for the acceptance of parts only when a demonstration of proficiency in this capability was included in the practical examination.
- Responsible for maintenance of documented system and any necessary records.
- Review all NDT equipment calibration certificates.
- Auditing outside agencies to ensure the requirements of this procedure are met.
- Adhere to all safety rules, use and ensure that workers use the required protective equipment.
- Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- **Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent**:
- **At least 2 years experience as NDT Level 3**:
- **Strong interpersonal and leadership skills**:
- **Certified about NAS 410 and ASNT SNT-TC 1A (FPI & MPI)**:
- **English is a must**:
- Knowledge to process part, document results and perform equipment standardization in accordance with approved work instruction.
- Knowledge to carry out any necessary preparation of parts before or after inspection in accordance with approved work instruction.
- Knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
- Knowledge about end to end Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Inspection, and Etch Inspection Knowledge about material and process for NDT technology & defectology
