Job Description
Performing design and technical implementation for network & security products.
Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.
Propose technical solution based on customer requirements or issue.
Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.
Build a good communication & relationship with both internal and external.

Requirement
Graduated from reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology
Having minimum 1 year experience in Network Security Engineer
Good skills in writing, communication, and presentation in English.
Able to handle Layer 1 Troubleshooting
Capability to handle Layer 2 above are highly added value
Ability to analyze network traffic is a mandatory.
Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
Good understanding in networking technology and products such as routing, switching and security.
Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of initiative.
Passionate to learn, hardworking, and a good team player
