**Job Description Summary**: Customer facing staff responsible for developing, negotiating, and closing the order for GE Gas Power Products (i.e. Gas Turbine Generator, HRSG, Steam Turbine, etc.). This will require clear understanding of the local market and customer business model, and value creation potential based on technical understanding of our solutions. In addition, Sales Manager is responsible to drive campaigns and promotions related to GE Gas Power Solutions in the local market.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Selling GE Gas Power Solutions to gov't and private customers in Indonesia by engaging with customer to understand customer needs and drive quality interactions and sales outcomes.
- Leading communication for market insight and competitive intelligence to leadership and business unit to ensure we build up proper account & sales strategy, keep ahead of opportunities and break through obstacles and challenges.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, market dynamics, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Good communication with customers and all energy stakeholders in Indonesia in order to build strong network in the industry. Good and clear communication with direct colleagues and the business about market insights, deal dynamics, etc. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
- 7+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience on service & good knowledge/experience in Gas Turbine & Gas Power Plant Services
