**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintaining communication with writers to help them with their book performances and developing stories process.
2. Supporting and guiding writers to create top online novels.
3. Maintain a keen focus on book data and performance metrics, make analysis and together with the team create strategy to maintain and improve performance.
4. Diligently monitoring the content trend in Indonesia adult novel online market.
1. Possess at least two years of valuable experience in the field of novel editing and content understanding
2. Possess a deep passion for online literature and a strong foundation in reading. Acquainted with the distinctive characteristics of online novels and well-versed in readers' preferences. Capable of critically analyzing and evaluating online novel trends to give insights into writers' stories' development.
3. Exhibit a keen understanding of Indonesian popular content trends and able to discern prevailing trends within the Indonesian online literature market.
4. Demonstrate remarkable patience and meticulousness, coupled with an innate sense of self-motivation and responsibility. Possess exceptional communication and teamwork skills, alongside a notable aptitude for learning and adapting to new challenges.
