**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide effective and efficient nursing care to patients
- Performs ongoing patient assessment and revise plan of care based on patient's response and condition
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care and ongoing assessment of patient's status
- Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Providing safe and effective nursing services to patients in order to achieve their satisfaction
- To perform the important task of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments
- Assist with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
- Maintain and update patient records and provide administrative assistance
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
**REQUIREMENT**
- Possess at least 2 years clinical nursing experience in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting
- Hands-on experienced in setting IV line & Colonic Procedure
- Prior experience in Wellness Center is preferred
- Good communications skills, initiative and passion for patient care
- Good judgment, self-directed and able to manage stress in a positive manner
- Can work independently
