**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health needs and formulate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to established nursing standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during times of illness, injury, or distress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Stay informed about advancements in nursing research, technology, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Must have a valid License to Practice (STR) as an RN in your country.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an RN in a hospital, preferably in medical, surgical, general, or emergency wards.
- Must be female between 21 and 30 years old.
- Intermediate English communication skills are required.

Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: Rp16,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
