**Job Title: Registered Nurse****Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health needs and formulate individualized care plans.- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.- Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.- Adhere to established nursing standards, protocols, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during times of illness, injury, or distress.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nursing practices.- Stay informed about advancements in nursing research, technology, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development activities.**Qualifications**:- Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.- Must have a valid License to Practice (STR) as an RN in your country.- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an RN in a hospital, preferably in medical, surgical, general, or emergency wards.- Must be female between 21 and 30 years old.- Intermediate English communication skills are required.**Bonus Points**:If you are currently working in a hospital, that's a plus!**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: Rp16,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Experience**:- Nurse: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- STR (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Bandung: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
