Our high retention rate is influenced by a unique compensation program for positions that are more than just jobs - they're chances to grow, do what you love and build a career with us!**Job Description** Scope of Position**Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system- Understand all the elements of Ocean DLSOP in Indonesia and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customers' instructions and expectations.- Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting- Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations- Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity- Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs- Utilize all technology tools available in the company to perform customer service and operations duties.- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary**Qualifications**- Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results- Pro-active, strong organizational skills- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)- Must be ready to work overtime if/when necessary.- Fluent in English**Additional Information**- Expeditors reserves the right to change this Standard at any time and for any reason and to grant exceptions to this Standard based on business needs.- ** Application Closing: April 30st, 2024
