Ocean Freight Export Operation - Contract

**JOB DUTIES**
- Issue Danmar B/L and FCR according to shipping instructions & Danmar manual
- Issue shipping instructions to shipping lines
- Arrange payment to shipping lines / sub-contractors
- Prepare job files
- Prepare shipping document to contractor
- Monitor for export clearance status with CDZ
- Check with warehouse for completion of loading
- Issue invoice / credit notes to shippers and to overseas (in the absence of supervisor)
- Maintain contact with overseas offices regarding verifying term of trade, Nominated shipment, shipment schedule & documents (in the absence of supervisor)

**JOB DUTIES**
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Ocean Freight matters minimum 2 years
- English fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer literacy is must
- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
