This ODP program is designed to create and to develop leaders and professional Retail Bankers, equipped with the skills & knowledge in retail funding, retail lending, transaction, & service

Development journey includes exposures in the Branch/ Area/ Regional Office and/or at the Head Office of retail business (e.g.
branch, deposits, wealth management, retail loans, retail transactions)

**General Qualifications**:

- **Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies**
- **Grade Point Average**:

- Graduate (S1): a minimum of 3.00 or equivalent;
- Postgraduate (S2): a minimum of 3.20 or equivalent
- **Maximum age for selection**:

- 25 years old for Graduates (S1)
- 27 years old for Postgraduates (S2)
- **Entrepreneurial, Collaborative, Analyzing, Outcome-driven, Persevere, Risk Aware**
- **Professional disposition with good networking & communication skills**
- **No member of the**
- Fresh Graduate
- **nuclear family currently working in Bank Mandiri**
- **Not married yet and willing to be unmarried during the program**
- **Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
