**General Overview**
- Responsible for office administration tasks, support the branch's operational activities through the procurement of goods and services needed by the branch. Responsible for the procurement of goods / branch assets. This task also includes other supporting facilities and resources such as branch vehicles, procurement of office facilities for employees such as stationary, setting up and handling office boys, cleaning services, drivers and other outsourcing services as well as being responsible for payments and routine purchases of the branch.**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Make an office agenda
- Make company letters and arrange the distribution
- Responsible for procurement of goods and services on branch assets
- Arrange and make a schedule for drivers, office boys, cleaning service, etc.
- Perform and be responsible for the branch's routine payments and purchases
- Responsible for daily cash processing and resolving cash issues on time
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining a records management system, and doing basic bookkeeping
- Perform entry, archiving and recording of branch data and documents
- Recap the needs of stationery and other needs such as plastic bags, polybags, cardboard, and other needs
- Prepare accommodation for work visits/business trips
- Supporting for any related matters with accordance to maintaining the office building
**Requirements**:
- Minimum D3 graduate from all majors
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Office Admin / Secretary / General affairs
- Have reliable, agile, and flexible administrative skills
- Able to speak English very well both orally and in writing
- Able to work independently, have analytical skills, and problem-solving skills and is detail oriented
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
