**Job Description**:
Key Activities
Administrative
- Manage phone calls and direct calls to concerned party as required
- Greet clients and guests upon arrival and direct them to appropriate office/s
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain filing and storage system/s in the office
- Maintain and manage office supply inventories
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, airport transfers, etc. for staff and incoming guests
- Assist in arranging both internal and external events
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- All other administrative support that may be assigned/required from time to time
Finance
- Maintain financial data (i.e. Payment Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, etc.) as requested
- Perform data entry tasks as requested
- Manage scanning of AP invoices to Finance Shared Service Center
- Assist in maintaining vendor accounts (i.e. updating of bank details, new vendor creation, etc.)
- Creation of Shopping Cart and PO in SRM portal for Administrative and Finance purchases
- All other clerical support that may be assigned/required from time to time
