**Who You'll Work With**:
- You will be based in Jakarta office and will be part of our Office Services Team. The team is responsible for providing various office services, including reception and front-of-house duties, print production, event coordination and hospitality, mail and courier services, purchasing, and facilities maintenance.- Our office services team is an administrative 'all-rounder,' providing excellent customer support across the firm. The OSC will work closely with other team members to deliver administrative support services as lead operator to ensure highest quality services and smooth operations.**What You'll Do**:
- As the Office Services Coordinator you will perform a variety of administrative activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office. You will be working with a local team, playing an active role in all aspects to ensure the smoothness of office operation.- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. You will handle tasks such as ordering and restocking office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working condition. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner as well as oversee team performance.- You will be the key contact person for all office-related inquiries and requests. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees, internal clients, and external stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of facility/site management experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English as well as the local office language
- Ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Outstanding efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes
