- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service/Customer Care
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good looking/Presentable
- Willing to work shifting
- ** Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle every customer complaint/problem that requires special handling so that the problem an be resolved quickly
- Able to analyze customer traffic
