Officer Development Program is an acceleration program for fresh graduates to become an expert in Real Estate industry.

It's a 2,5 years program including orientation, project visits, on the job training, professional training from experts, and placement.

Experience and learn daily live and work as a part of several division, such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Relation Management, Operations in all of Alam Sutera Group's projects.
Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university or overseas university (min GPA 3.00)

Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience

Good interpersonal skill

Proactive & willing to learn

High enthusiasm & commitment to achieve target

Willing to be located in Tangerang Area
