**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/ Accounting
- Passionate in Recruitment & Human Capital Management
- Well understanding of administration, excellent communication skills & able to work in team
- Fresh graduate are welcome, preferably have min. 1 year of working experience in the same field
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in** Summarecon Bogor**

- Responsible for performing variety of HR duties and functions
- Should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of their work
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as knowledge laws and regulations
- Responsible in doing general administration and preparing administrative documents
- Coordinate & establish relationship with internal and external parties
- Manage all employees activities in Human Resource Department
