**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor degree any major
- Min 2 years related experience as Tenant Relation in retail industry
- Good looking & great communication skill
- Fluent in English
- **Placement at Summarecon Villaggio Outlets**
**- Maintain good relations with tenants
- Serve and resolve tenant complaints
- Accompany related parties (internal/external) visits to Tenants
- Become a liaison between Tenants and Management
- Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving tenant complaints
- Make daily/monthly reports

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
