**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Staff**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Marketing, Data & Analytics**Posted Date**:9 November 2023**Job Summary**:Individual contributor in IM3 prepaid product management team to improve customer journey across customer touch points and provide result analysis of the improvement.**Develop journey and/or give review & recommend to current product journey including notification wordings****Collaboration with all owner touchpoints to provide recommendations or fixing the product descriptions, product lists, KV Campaigns, template etc.****Execute BTL campaign (scheduling plans and monitoring execution results) for all ATL products. Utilizing internal campaign channels: SMS, WA, myIM3, social media, etc.**- **Prepare BTL campaign reports & analysis**- **Provide report for prepaid overall target vs actual performance**- **Project management officer****Alignment with market research and customer experience to gather insight from customers and propose improvement to increase customer experience****Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master degree is an advantage.- Have min 1-2 years of working experience.- Exposure in UI/UX design and design thinking framework- Strong capability in data analysis, data visualisation, and management reporting- Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal in English.- Result-driven - able to work in team and independently
