**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the development of brand/category strategy, commercial policy, and any programs related to the Sales team/Customer relationship.
- Implement these strategies with respective Customers at the country level.
- Be responsible for the effective design of the sales organization, monitoring the performance and efficiency of staff and procedures. Lead learning, training, and development initiatives for the sales organization.
- Provide stewardship of sales talent through active and productive partnerships with the Human Resources department.
- Create a strategic plan for online and offline expansion to address new customer and revenue growth opportunities.
- Drive the expansion of the business and ensure a fast roll-out with a high eye for detail and quality.
- Possess the ability to propose and execute the opening or closing of a sales channel depending on business needs and strategies.
- Manage current and existing sales channels across different platforms.
- Design a loyalty program for our customers across all channels optimized for revenue.
- Design and implement a shopping journey optimized for revenue and collaborate with related teams. Manage day-to-day offline sales operations within the company.
- Maintain good relationships with external parties such as distributors, department stores, etc.
- Develop a sales strategy and operational plan for the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, customer performance, and profitability targets.
- Align sales strategy and operational objectives with country strategy and objectives through active participation in annual planning, channel strategy development, sales forecasting (S&OP process), sales resource planning, market development strategies, and budgeting.
- Analyze store performance and provide relevant, insightful information to other departments such as Product Development, Branding, and Marketing.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable background in offline distribution and expansion (both GT & MT).
- Data-driven; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and other tools used for optimization.
- Eager to learn and adopt new tools/technologies, as well as share knowledge with others.
- Have a self-starting attitude - the ability to work independently and take initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work as a team with both internal and external teams.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
