Offline Sales Lead

- Job Description:Identify partners that add value to the existing channel ecosystem and recruit them as our channels
-Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets working through channel partners.
-Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation activities with channel partners
-Conduct regularly Business reviews with partners and weekly sales cadence with partners' sales leaders/ sales rep to provide accurate sales forecast, increase revenue, the share of revenue, and market share from partner ecosystems
-Educate Brands in commercial practices. Maintains a good understanding of the channel & ecosystem

**Requirements**:

- Requirements
Min. 8+ years of work experience, with min. 4+ years in GT/MT retail experience, or similar category and channel.
-Min 4 years of leadership experience, managing cross-function projects, and have led a team
-Have a good network within the GT/MT industry
-Have experienced managing budgets, from proposing, planning, monitoring budget deployment, and budget reporting
